Returns & Exchange Policy
Refund Eligibility:
At Teeshogs Clothier, we take pride in the quality of our products and we want you to absolutely love your purchase. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully, especially the size and specifications, before making a purchase. Refunds are provided, in specific situations outlined below:
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at sales@teeshogs.com within 3 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- Damaged Items: If the item you received is damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@teeshogs.com with photographic evidence of the damage. Claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
If something isn’t quite right with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange with photographic evidence where necessary, the item(s) must reach us within the timelines below:

- Within Lagos: 3 business days from date of delivery
- Within Nigeria (outside Lagos): 5 business days from date of delivery
- Outside Nigeria: 10 business days from date of delivery
Please note that items must physically arrive at the delivery address provided to you within these timeframes to qualify.
Charges:
- Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, as we do not provide shipping labels.
- For exchanges, customers are responsible for the re-delivery fee, which is the same as the original shipping cost.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out your exchange within the same delivery timeframe or process your refund within 1-3 business days.
- Please note that depending on your payment provider, refunds may take a little longer to reflect.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued minus shipping costs and processed through the same payment gateway used for the original purchase.
Product Condition:
